This was the third stay at this hotel, which is very dog-friendly. Sufficient car parking spaces were available on arrival, although they were filling up fast. Staff at reception were courteous, friendly and clearly aware of their responsibilities, presenting a favourable front-of-house experience. Both lifts to the floors were working, and access to our room was easy using an electronic card. The room and bathroom were spacious with clean and fresh linen. The bed itself was a spacious king-size. The flat screen television was massive, and we could access YouTube and other streaming services, which was a pleasant surprise. We overlooked a main road, but the window soundproofing was very effective, and our sleep was not interrupted by any noise. Again, the hotel staff were kind enough to let us eat our breakfast in the seating area near the bar, which meant we didn't have to leave our little dog alone in the room. A particular mention must be made of the dining room server Daniella, who represented all that is good in this role. She was exceptionally kind, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We will return in May 2026 and hope she is still there. The breakfast was, as usual, sufficient to sate the most voracious appetite! Checking out was easy.

Dog friendly with very helpful staff. We always book to stay here, which breaks up the long journey back from Playa Paraiso to Bilbao. We were, as usual, greeted by the reception staff with courtesy and friendliness. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed linen and towels were fresh, and the WiFi was fast. The breakfast was ample, and we were again allowed to take our dog with us into the area by the bar, so we could enjoy our breakfast there and not have to leave her in the room. The hotel is very close to a large shopping centre and many food outlets.

This was perfect for us. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean, with sufficient bedding and room for our belongings. The bathroom was enough for our needs and provided with clean towels. The WiFi service was fairly speedy, and the television's ability to alter the language to English was appropriate and available. The hotel was playing host to a large number of schoolchildren, and we were expecting long queues at breakfast. We needn't have worried, as the staff opened the second restaurant, which alleviated our worries and allowed us to thoroughly look around the offerings before selecting. What was more important for us was that the hotel was very dog-friendly. Although, quite rightly, we were not allowed into the restaurant, the staff allowed us to take our breakfasts into the large reception area, where we could sit with our dog. Not far from the hotel is a lovely walk near a river, perfect for walking with a pet. The hotel is also near a major shopping centre offering several places to eat. We were so pleased that we already booked this hotel for later in the year when we return to Spain.

Nice hotel, has parking, all was clean and super comfortable! Friendly staff, seamless check in and check out. Not in the city center, which was wanted, so that was great!
